Additionally, his healthcare experience includes work with the Alzheimer's Society and the Vietnamese American Cancer Foundation, as well as generating competitive market research regarding molecular diagnostics, blood diagnostics and micro arrays for Novartis.

Nicholas graduated with an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. Part of this experience included a 6-month exchange to the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH) for its Masters in Energy, Natural Resources, and Environment program.
